Warranty at RABBY

All products purchased from us are covered by the statutory warranty for defects (§§ 434 et seq. BGB).

What does this mean for you?

If an item is defective on delivery, you can first choose whether we repair the defect or send you a defect-free replacement (supplementary performance). If supplementary performance fails, you can withdraw from the contract or reduce the purchase price and, where applicable, claim damages.

How long does the warranty last?

The warranty period is two years from receipt of the goods. If a defect becomes apparent within one year of receipt, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.

How to report a defect

Just email us at info@rabbywolle.de – ideally with your order number, a short description and a photo. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

This does not affect your statutory rights, in particular your right of withdrawal.
