1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. A trader is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal personality that, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of its trade, business or profession.

2. Contracting party, conclusion of the contract, correction of input errors

The purchase contract is concluded with Yelyzaveta Kuritsyna.

By listing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can first add our products to the cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order, using the correction tools provided and explained for this purpose in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products in the cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will also receive a confirmation by email.

We store the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login.

4. Delivery terms

4.1 Shipping costs

We deliver free of charge within Germany. There are no additional delivery or shipping costs – regardless of the order value.

4.2 Delivery options

We ship within Germany only.

We deliver goods by shipment only. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up the goods in person.

5. Payment

5.1 Prices

The prices stated at the time of the order apply. These are total prices. In accordance with § 19 of the German VAT Act (small business regulation), no VAT is charged.

5.2 Payment methods

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop.

Credit card
You enter your credit card details during checkout.

Your card is charged immediately after you place the order.

PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your login details and confirm the payment instruction.

The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after you place the order. You will receive further information during checkout.

PayPal may offer additional payment options in the customer account to registered PayPal customers selected according to its own criteria. However, we have no influence on whether these options are offered; any additional payment options offered to you individually concern your legal relationship with PayPal. You can find more information on this in your PayPal account.

Apple Pay
If you choose Apple Pay as your payment method, you complete the payment via the "Apple Pay" payment function provided by Apple. To pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay, you must be registered with this service, authenticate yourself with your login details and confirm the payment instruction.

The payment transaction is carried out by Apple Pay immediately after you place the order. You will receive further information during checkout.

Google Pay
If you choose Google Pay as your payment method, you complete the payment via the "Google Pay" payment function provided by Google. To pay the invoice amount via Google Pay, you must be registered with this service, authenticate yourself with your login details and confirm the payment instruction.

The payment transaction is carried out by Google Pay immediately after you place the order. You will receive further information during checkout.

6. Statutory warranty and guarantees

7. Voluntary right of return

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary right of return following the statutory withdrawal period. You can return the goods to us within a total of 30 days of receipt, provided that the goods are unused, undamaged and complete, the ball band is intact and no yarn has been used from the ball. 8. Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer dispute resolution body.
