Shipping policy

This English version is provided for your convenience. Only the German version is legally binding.

Shipping costs

We deliver free of charge within Germany. There are no additional delivery or shipping costs – regardless of the order value.

Delivery area

We ship within Germany only.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 2–4 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Your order ships no later than the next business day.

Shipping method

We ship with DHL or GLS. Delivery to a DHL Packstation is possible when shipping with DHL. We do not currently offer express shipping. Local pickup is not possible.

Shipment tracking

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email.
