Voluntary Return Policy

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary right of return that continues after the statutory withdrawal period ends. This means you can return the goods to us within a total of 30 days of receipt.

Requirements

• The goods are unused, undamaged and complete.
• The ball band is intact and the ball has not been started.
• The goods are returned in their original packaging or equivalent packaging.

How it works

• Let us know about your return in advance by email at info@rabbywolle.de.
• Send the goods to: Yelyzaveta Kuritsyna, Wilhelmsplatz 10, 02826 Görlitz.
• You pay the return shipping costs.
• Once we have received and checked the goods, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
