Some projects you don't want to overthink – you just want to get started. This yarn is made for them: 150 m per 100 g, needle size 5–6 mm. A hat or headband takes just one evening, and the yarn forgives small irregularities in your stitches along the way.

Alpaca and wool add warmth, viscose gives it a soft drape, and acrylic keeps everything light and helps it hold its shape. It also works well on a knitting machine.

How many balls do I need for my project?
The "Yarn requirements" table gives estimates for a hat, a scarf, a sweater, and a cardigan. The exact amount depends on the pattern, the size, and your gauge.

Does every ball weigh exactly 100 g?
100 g is the nominal weight. Due to the manufacturing process, the weight of a single ball can vary by about ±2 g, and the yardage varies accordingly. So if your estimate is tight, it's safer to plan for an extra ball.

Will the color look exactly like the photo?
We photograph our yarns in daylight and show the colors as accurately as we can. But every screen displays colors a little differently, so the actual shade may vary slightly.

How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Shipping within Germany is free – with no minimum order. Delivery takes 2–4 business days.

Can I return the yarn?
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary return policy : you can send back unused balls with an intact ball band within 30 days of receiving them. You pay the cost of return shipping.

Is this yarn suitable for beginners?
Yes. It is a medium (Aran) yarn and easy to work with on 5–6 mm needles. Small irregularities in your stitches will hardly show.
