A fine dark core thread with light fluff around it – this combination creates the subtle heathered look that only really shows in the finished piece. 280 m per 100 g, needle size 3.5–4.5 mm.

Baby alpaca and wool keep you warm, acrylic and polyamide hold the shape, and a small amount of elastane gives the yarn stretch. Soft enough for baby clothes. Hand wash only.

How many balls do I need for my project?
The table under "Yarn requirements" gives guideline amounts for a hat, a scarf, a sweater, and a cardigan. The exact amount depends on the pattern, the size, and your gauge.

Does every ball weigh exactly 100 g?
100 g is the nominal weight. Due to the manufacturing process, the weight of a single ball can vary by about ±2 g. The yardage varies accordingly. So if your project is tightly calculated, it's best to plan for an extra ball.

Will the color look exactly like the photo?
We photograph our yarns in daylight and reproduce the colors as accurately as we can. But every screen displays colors differently, so the shade you receive may look slightly different.

Shipping within Germany is free – with no minimum order value. Delivery takes 2–4 business days.

Can I return the yarn?
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary return policy: you can send back unused balls with the ball band intact within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping is at your expense.

Is this yarn suitable for beginners?
Yes. It is a fine (sport weight) yarn and easy to work with on 3.5–4.5 mm needles. Small irregularities in your stitches will hardly show.
