A glitter yarn for pieces that are meant to stand out on festive evenings: the generous Lurex content sparkles in the light, while a fine mohair halo softens the stitches. 400 m per 100 g, needle size 2.5–3.5 mm, crochet hook 3–4 mm.

Mohair and wool keep you warm, and polyamide makes the yarn strong and break-resistant. Copper and gold go equally well with black, cream, and gray. Hand wash only.

How many balls do I need for my project?
The table under “Yarn requirements” gives approximate amounts for a hat, scarf, sweater, and cardigan. Exactly how much you need depends on the pattern, size, and your gauge.

Does every ball weigh exactly 100 g?
100 g is the nominal weight. Due to the manufacturing process, the weight of an individual ball can vary by about ±2 g. The yardage varies accordingly. So if your yarn estimate is tight, it's best to plan for an extra ball.

Does the color look exactly like it does in the photo?
We photograph our yarns in daylight and reproduce the colors as accurately as we can. However, every screen displays colors a little differently, so the actual shade may vary slightly.

How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Shipping within Germany is free, with no minimum order value. Delivery takes 2–4 business days.

Can I return the yarn?
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary return policy: you can return unused balls with an intact ball band within 30 days of receipt. You pay the cost of return shipping.

Is this yarn suitable for beginners?
Yes, with a little practice. The yarn is fine and slightly fluffy, and with a needle size of 2.5–3.5 mm, the knitting grows a little slower. For starters, a scarf in stockinette stitch is a good choice.
